My son was diagnosed with Dyslexia in December 2011. I realize there is assistive technology available to help him. Is your presentation for Apple products only or will you have information on PC applications as well? We are currently researching what to get him and haven’t decided on PC or Mac.
Jim will present on applications available for a wide range of mobile devices. Apple products as well as apps developed for other platforms, including android (google), windows mobile, and blackberry will be presented. Jim will also be taking questions from the audience. We hope you can join us.
I would love to know what apps are available to help my son. However, I won’t be available to attend this event. Will you be posting any information from this event following so that those of us who can not make it can still find out more about these apps?
We just posted the link to Jim’s presentation handout from last evening. Check under the Assistive Technology category on the home page. Good luck to your student!
